Steps for Apeda Registration

First you have to visit Apeda webisite and complete the registration

1. login into the Apeda as a member after registration    

2. Enter the Import Export code, Mobile number and email id.    

3. Confirm the otp from the email and number then submit to proceed.    

4. after verification, you have to provide basic details of your business like your nearest apeda office in Delhi, Mumbai, Banglore, Kolkata, Guwahati, Hydrabad.    

5. Enter your Company details. Proprietor, Partnership, LLP or Company.    

6. Enter the Address of business.    

7. Provide the bank details- Bank Name, MICR code, type of account and account number.    

8. Enter the type of exporter like manufacturer, merchant or both    

9. After this, it will ask for MSME REGISTRATION details. If you have MSME Registration then you have to show in the application.    

10. In this step, you have to mention your product type like fruits, vegetables, herbals, meat, dairy, confectionery or any other above mentioned products.    

11. If you have any business branch, then give the address, contact info etc    

12. In this step, you have to mention the Partners/ Directors/ Proprietor details according to the constitution of your business like proprietorship, partnership or company.    

13. Now it will ask for supporting documents. You have to provide duly signed by you pdf file of import export code and bank certificate.    

14. It is advisable to attach kyc of person in optional attachment.    

15. Make the Online payment by Debit card, Credit card, or Demand draft. After payment, submit the application.    

16. Apeda department will asses your application and will issue the apeda RCMC Certificate if application filed is duly complete.    

17. On issuance of RCMC, login details will be provided to the exporter.    

18. In case of query on application, re-submission have to be filed within the prescribe time.
