Revision and Refund Policy
Terms & Conditions of Refund and money back guarantee-
- If your application for any legal services is filed by us and somehow it got rejects on the basis of documents etc, then we will be paying only 50% of the amount deposited by you.
- For example if you order for Registration of Private limited company online and it got rejects then we have to pay Name approval fee, din dsc fee etc. in that condition, we will handover your documents to you and deduct the expenses we have incurred of this process.

- If you cancels your order after payment and we have not started process yet, you are eligible for 100% refund.

- Some of our services have two parts- professional fee & govt. fee. In case of cancellation or rejection, government fees paid by us is not refundable but professional fee is 100% refundable.

- Any advance payment received by us is 100% refundable in case any progress is not done on it.
