IceGate Registration Procedure.
Step-1) For registration, we have to read the documents as explained above and create an ICEGATE ID like this.
Step-2) After Creation of ICEGATE ID, first you have to register your class-3 DSC on ICEGATE portal.
For DSC registration, you have to install the latest version of the JRE 1.7/1.8 java runtime environment
Step-3) After completing DSC registration, you have to click on login and enter your credentials as you created while sign up. Then, it will ask for
